The integrity of White City’s customer’s infrastructure is one of our primary concerns. We have taken steps to ensure that access is limited to data center and sensitive areas. Our attention to security is one of the fundamentals of our Network Operation Center (NOC) and facilities personnel perform regular, thorough walkthroughs of the entire facility. The walkthroughs cover areas such as the data center space and vital operations areas. During this time, the NOC staff confirms that all security measures are intact and that there are no operational abnormalities.

Physical Security - Our Network Operations Center (NOC) is fully staffed with welltrained personnel with a range of professional certifications. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. White City utilizes a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) process, whereby authorized individuals must be pre-approved. When contacting the Data Center for remote hands, a customer must provide their name and password. All information must coincide with the information within our customer management systems, or remote hands will not be activated

Logical Security – White City’s corporate network sits behind redundant Cisco Firewalls. Optional Managed firewalls for our customers are provided utilizing the Cisco ACE platform deployed in Catalyst 6500 series switches. Firewall services are generally made available within three business days. Basic packages include 5Mbps or 10Mbps committed bandwidth. Optional Spam and Virus filtering is provided by MX Logic, a leading Managed Service Provider and a client of the data center.

Along with monitoring our bandwidth and looking for the irregularities of DOS attacks or other network abuses, White City employs a full time SPAM and Abuse Engineer to protect and assist our customers, should they have a need.
